Just what the f*** is going on with the AFL media?

There is a new and massive focus on possible trades for 2024, including which clubs "are chasing" whichever players and what players "are seeking" trades for 2024. etc etc

And it isn't just Fox. The Age and the Herald-Sun are also doing it.

I have never seen it so intense so early in the season. I just don't get it.

It probably is weird in one sense,but from a State League point of view,if AFL Clubs can do that,rather than raid us and the SANFL in particular in May,that would be Fantastic.
