That'd make sense. Makes Freo a likely destination.

Just picked up some news Howe is off to the Sun's....

Maybe we will settle for a ruck and try grab 3 decent picks for Melksham and Carlisle.(1st and 2 second rounders?)

Giving us 5? good Hits at the draft....that would be a rebuild.....

We should think about paying for some of Carlisles new contract if it gets us a better trade deal.

I would be open to say....
2 first rounders and we pay say 150K of his wage for a year or too at the club that will give us that.(maybe picks in subsequent years).

We have a lot of talent retiring this year, so I assume plenty of cap space freed up, and probably no players looking for big raises anytime soon.(maybe Hurley?)

And I can't see us landing a big fish this year.

North are sorted for key position defenders.

Makes sense he goes to Saints, Dogs or well Carlton(they need players absolutely everywhere).

I think he's still more likely to go to the Saints. The just have to hand over pick 5.

Just send the prick to the draft and take the hit. Then hopefully he can be snared by either scum, coasters or even better Brisbane. Can't stand the ****** just piss him off!

Yup he's made sure we get the best shot at decent compensation.

Rumour is that he is OK with the Hawks, but his agent is adamant its the Saints .... 10 per cent speaks loudly perhaps????

Jake has done us a massive favour.

For a.bloke on the way out to happily play for both us great. Unfortunately he would say yes to an interstate move because then I think we would have got a very good deal for him.

I'd take the Hawks offer or better.

Well if the bloke had 10% of a brain he might figure out Carlisle might be worth more (down the track) if he were part of a flag...

Most agents get a small % of a players earnings, as low as 2%. They can take as much as they want out of endorsements. That's where they make their serious money. A premiership player is far more valuable than a bloke playing in a shit team that nobody cares about.

For endorsements? nonsense. A star player even in a shit team will get endorsements. Moreso than a midrange player even in premiership team.

Assuming Box Hill win a VFL Flag.

That depends on whether their STAR recruit is up to the task, when the Heat is on.I suspect not,if he starts finger pointing or bitching at his team mates.
