Apparently Talia likely to go to Richmond.
but...
Mabior Chol (Richmond)

“He’s likely to walk to Essendon as an unrestricted free agent.”
A key position player that can help out to rest Draper. I think I like it :)
We also have Bryan, Wright & Phillips.
Wright can do forward and occasional ruck, the others less so.

Apparently Gold Coast are front-runners for Chol.

Jarrod Brander has been dumped from WCE.
22 y.o. First Round pick in 2017, 195cm, played 11 games at WCE in 2021.
Recruited as a key fwd but never really made a go of it there (injury and opportunity).
Worth pursuing??

Give him a look at least.

West Coast seem to think(like Geelong),that they’re still in a Premiership Window,so guys like Jared Brander are surplus to requirements.

They’re after Tim English apparently. Please Tim,don’t ruin yourself for them! #-o

Dunstan from St. Kilda is a free agent and interested in Essendon.
“I’m really keen to try and go somewhere else and get a bit of a new lease on life.
“I’d love to go (to Essendon), my good friend Nick Hind went there last year.”
Free agent Luke Dunstan has signalled his intentions that he would like to play for the club, should the Bombers be interested.
Dunstan finished with 11 votes from 12 games in last nights Brownlow Medal count, while averaging 25 disposals, 11 contested possessions, 5 score involvements, 5 tackles and 6 clearances.

At 27 next January and a pretty average Mid with not a lot of AFL history behind him, I can't see him fitting into our young developing team, looking to peak in 2023/24. Certainly he wouldn't fill any gaping holes that we need filled. Hopefully more interesting opportunities will open for us in the next couple of months. Great though that more people are looking our way at last. :D

I feel for the guy in a way, because if it’s a polite No thanks, then he he’ll be fighting an uphill battle to gain a foothold in the AFL,as other Clubs look elsewhere.Unless it’s Gold Coast and I don’t think they’ll do much for his Career.

It was gutsy of him to put himself out there, but I fear the answer will be No.But whether it be us,or someone else,or a State League Competition,Good Luck to him wherever he goes.

Yeah, maybe Hind could have put out some feelers for him. That's what usually happens if you want to keep it quiet, (or start a rumour.) Good luck to him anyway. A late bloomer and an OK bloke I hear.

Yeah, reckon he’s prepared to jump high fences or do anything to get an opportunity in the Big League.

Hope he gets that chance!

Looking at the wrong Saint. We are apparently interested in another ... or one who looks like him.

Long? Does he look similar?
I'd pass on both of them I think. Maybe take Dunstan as depth.
