By "a good replacement for Francis" ... do you mean someone who everyone has a high opinion of, but struggles even in the VFL team?

Update: We are looking at a 3 way swap to get Weideman for Francis.... for a 3rd round pick.

But worried about that - Weideman seems a bit lazy. we already have an excess of one direction runners.

Everything will hopefully be different for us by 2025. I cannot see us doing much prior.

We need time to implement a good game plan and for the players to learn how to play together and learn to second guess and get used how other players play. We are a long way off it for now,

I think Brad Scott will enforce rules and ensure the players work harder than they have in a long time. That's a plus. I am not expecting much from them for at least a couple of years. By then, we maybe be able to draft some decent players.
