Yeah he had a few team isssues at the beginning but seemed to settle down. Love to know the goss here - it's just a personal thing and not the start of a landslide. If he's looking for another club, I guess he at least must think his injury isnt likely to be career ending.Windy_Hill wrote: ↑Fri Oct 09, 2020 3:31 pmEither Dev Smith is cooked - based on his recent horrible drop away in form or he doesn’t give a stuff.
Either way, not good. He was unbelievable in his first year so you would think it’s injury related. Am surprised he wants out if true.

So Smith, Walla and Stringer are supposed to be 'unhappy' at the mo. Well geez, who can really blame them.
Our club at the mo is what-ever the opposite of a destination club is.

This is not really an indication that Tippa and Stringer are seeking a movedesmondo wrote: ↑Fri Oct 09, 2020 5:43 pm So Smith, Walla and Stringer are supposed to be 'unhappy' at the mo. Well geez, who can really blame them.

Apart from that - Stringer has not done much this year and than again neither has Smith.Edmund also said there were whispers forward stars Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti and Jake Stringer were among those frustrated with the club’s wayward 2020 season.
Tippa is the only one of that three I'd be really concerned about
Smith is expensive with a dodgy knee (good luck in finding a new club there) and Stringer has also had some injury worries
If this is about how everyone seems to have been promised midfield time - i think it is time to remember that this is a team game - everyine cannot be captain and play where and when they want to... which seems to be part of the issue of late

Every single player should be frustrated with how 2020 went. If not, they're too comfortable and maybe shouldn't be there.

Probably the correlation to your assumption?
Re: Essendon Rumour Mill
Yes - lets add him to our list of "plays one great game every 4th or 5th game played, otherwise is crap" players
Oh, and the last player I heard was managed by their dad was Jelina Dokic.

Yeah, his dad probly would've been banned after a couple of games and then we'd hear how he'd mistreated him
Re: Essendon Rumour Mill
Interest in Josh Dunkley, Jye Caldwell, and Will Brodie...& one or 2 others I can't recall.
I think Dunkley might be a good fit for Rutten's vision.
And Caldwell & Brodie are still young and were high draft picks, so presuming they have the talent, they could be moulded into roles that Rutten is looking for perhaps.

I assume the above mentioned players are not free agents so each will require a trade. Is this feasible or more importantly preferred?nudder12 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 21, 2020 12:15 am Interest in Josh Dunkley, Jye Caldwell, and Will Brodie...& one or 2 others I can't recall.
