It’s Time…

Post by BenDoolan »

To start punishing those who release re-offenders on bail.

Hold them accountable for their decisions that cause grief to innocent members of society.

Enough of the madness. Sue the f****** dumb c****, and give them jail time for their decisions.

Nick Hind is a cousin of the slain Clunes teachers aide Hannah McGuire who was found dead in a burnt-out car near Ballarat.

He wore a black armband last night in honor of his cousin.

Ms McGuire’s ex-boyfriend Lachlan Young has been charged with murder.

It transpires that Young was out on bail at the time of the alleged murder. Mr Young faced unrelated assault and burglary charges in the County Court, and the matter was due to be called again on May 6.

His father Anthony Young is co-accused in the same alleged burglary. He also faces additional charges for threats to kill and hindering an emergency worker.

The father is in jail for contravening his parole conditions for even earlier crimes.

The Magistrate that granted bail to the 17 year old multiple offender who is charged with culpable driving killing a 28 year old in a stolen car while out on bail...

What a surprise. The kid has breached his bail conditions (less than 3 days after being given bail) and has scarpered and cannot be found.

The other 3 boys who were in the car with him at the time had also scarpered and could not be found.

What's the betting the lad will either be on a plane or a ship out of Australia?

The Police and family of the victim opposed bail...

What do we need to do to make these utter f****** arseholes accountable for their decisions? Seriously.

You see, the f****** prick that granted bail ought to be forced to publicly explain why they did. Then sack the c***.
