Re: Official A-League Thread
Victory part ways with Carlos Hernandez... lets hope they find a decent international replacement for him...
Re: Official A-League Thread
Harry gone now as well. Going to be a different looking victory next season!
Re: Official A-League Thread
I'm a bit filthy at some of the Heart fans celebrating this calling the club a rabble and Kewell a money hungry prick.Sartorius wrote:Harry gone now as well. Going to be a different looking victory next season!
Poor bastards gone back for very personal reasons. No shame on him.
Essendon Football Club- We arent arrogant, just deluded.

Marcos Flores signs with Melbourne Victory. That offsets the losses of Carlos and Kewell.
He can seriously play.

Flores is superb. Great pick up, glad the Red scum from Adelaide couldn't afford to get him back.
You couldn't fool your own mother on the foolingest day of your life with an electrified fooling machine.

Western Sydney have signed former Feyenoord star Shinji Ono
I'm a bit of a Feyenoord fan so that awesome to see him come to the a-league!

Re: Official A-League Thread
He will do well. The shorter season with usually a week between games will really help him. He is a quality player.boncer34 wrote:How do we think Del Piero will go?
One week till it kicks off.
I think the Victory will start well. The squad has been together for a couple of months, while other squads are still being assembled.

Del Piero is great, its a pity Sydney have no money left for any other decent players.

Re: Official A-League Thread
No wonder Australian soccer is shit...can't keep their better players. I understand the $$ in Europe and elsewhere are much better but who can blame them.

Fixtures are out for the 2014/15 A LEAGUE Season.
Going to feel a bit weird taking on Melbourne City, looking nothing like the PERUVIAN style shirts of MELBOURNE HEART.Even Weirder in the NBL without playing the ICONIC MELBOURNE TIGERS.
Still, these Businessmen know best about Club and Sporting Brands,.....
