Let's say I'm not ahead Grassy but the rush is something when you spend $10 for a chance in $100 Mill.

Re: Essendon Rumour Mill
Hasn’t he suffered a calf injury - 6 to 8 weeks on modified program. Given he was already struggling with his weight and general fitness you gotta think he won’t be seen in the first half of the season. Such a shame given where this team is heading and all the work he has done over the years to help get us to this point
Re: Essendon Rumour Mill
Let’s hope that recovery process works a Treat and he’s bouncing around, giving our Forward Line a good spark for 2022.

The EFC is so far behind the best, it will be years, bloody years before we get anywhere the way we are heading. We need a couple of good midfielders, a really good defender and a couple wingers and a whole new Board. We are such a long way from the top, no rocking and rolling for us. Let's see how the famous game plan works, how the players adapt to it. Everyone at EFC in all Departments need to be on the same page, I think they are all reading different books and not even anywhere near being on the same page. Someone give us all strength. I think we're going to need it.s'dreams wrote: ↑Tue Sep 22, 2020 11:48 amI am not surprised. This year the footy overall has been of a style that makes the AFLW seem interesting. And that is apart from the way that EFC have played.Cancelled my Kayo subscription - not interested in watching the finals or anyone in them. I am really surprised how turned off AFL, I am. I did not watch us play Melbourne either. First time ever I have done this
Also - 6 days a week footy just seems idiotic. It was constant and turned me off. There was little chance to build expectation, celebrate or grieve and vent and then reflect.
Yet Gil and his idiots think the whole thing was so splendid that they want to have at least 2 "festivals of footy" next year.
Give me strength.
Nothing usually happens until something happens.

Well God has been ditched. The leaves the other crowd.
Who have they got that doesn't disturb the values of the EFC? I get the feeling we've tried that and Dank was that big failure!
What are the current values anyhow? They're getting too aligned to society? There's the issue.
We know that win at all costs doesn't work...how about "win at almost all costs"? KISS.
Re: Essendon Rumour Mill
Weidemans dads mate just rang SEN and said the trade has happened to EFC.
We’ll see

Who was ditched was the chair of a pretty conservative church who advocated against LGBTIQ+ choices and rights and women's reproductive rights. Those values don't sit eye to eye with most Australians.
